What is Superteam KZ?
A single community platform for content and events, learning and hackathons, team formation, and lasting participant achievements.
How do I create an account?
Register with email and password or sign in through GitHub or Google. Use one primary account because progress, teams, and achievements are tied to it.
Why should I verify my email?
Verification protects the account and helps deliver important notices. Opening a valid verification link confirms the address automatically.
Will my learning progress be saved?
Yes. Lesson views, quiz attempts, assignments, and course completion are saved for the signed-in user. Do not share access to your account.
How do I submit work through GitHub?
Provide a public repository, branch, commit, pull request, file, or directory link as required. Check that it opens without authentication and add instructions in the comment when useful.
Why is a course paused?
An administrator may pause course progression while preserving enrolment and existing progress. You can continue after the course is resumed.
How do I join a hackathon?
When registration is open, complete your profile, join or create a team, and follow the participant-dashboard stages. Programme-specific rules may differ.
Which languages are supported?
Core public areas are available in Russian, English, and Kazakh. A specific programme may publish content only in the language announced by its organiser.
How do I receive a certificate or achievement?
Meet the conditions shown in the course or programme. After review, the result appears under achievements; some credentials may also be issued on-chain.
What data does the platform keep?
Account data, the profile information you choose to provide, and records needed for learning, events, teams, projects, and achievements. See the Privacy and Cookie Policies for details.
How do I report a bug or get help?
Describe the page, expected outcome, and what happened; include a screenshot when possible. Never send passwords, login codes, or secret keys.
How do I change or delete my data?
Edit available fields in your profile. To delete the account, export data, or correct unavailable fields, contact the administrator from the email linked to the account.
