Superteam KZ
Terms of Use
Rules for using the Superteam KZ website and platform.
Updated August 21, 2026
1. Acceptance
By registering or continuing to use Superteam KZ, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the platform.
2. Platform purpose
Superteam KZ brings together public content, learning, events, hackathons, teams, messaging, achievements, and certificates. Some features may be in testing, change, or become temporarily unavailable.
3. Account and security
- provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person;
- do not share account access and report suspicious activity;
- do not use multiple accounts to bypass rules, limits, or evaluation;
- you are responsible for activity through your account until compromise is reported.
4. User content
You keep your rights to uploaded text, code, images, and projects. You grant Superteam KZ a non-exclusive right to store, technically process, and display them as needed for the selected feature, review, moderation, and programme delivery.
You confirm that you may publish the materials and that they do not infringe third-party rights.
5. Prohibited conduct
- violating law, third-party rights, or programme-specific rules;
- cheating in tests, assignments, evaluation, registration, or winner selection;
- malware, bypassing authorisation, accessing other users' data, or disrupting the service;
- spam, harassment, discrimination, unlawful, or misleading content;
- automated data collection without written permission.
6. Learning and assessment
Course rules, attempt limits, assignment criteria, and certificate conditions are shown in the course interface. Results may be reviewed following a technical error, academic-integrity breach, or substantiated appeal.
7. Events and hackathons
Individual events and hackathons may have additional timelines and rules for teams, projects, intellectual property, and rewards. Published programme-specific rules prevail if they conflict with these general Terms.
8. External services and blockchain
GitHub, Telegram, Google, and other external services are governed by their own terms. Public-blockchain transactions may be irreversible, and wallet addresses or credential records may be public. Check all details before confirming an operation.
9. Availability and liability
The platform is provided as available. We work to keep it reliable and preserve data, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service or control changes by external providers. To the extent permitted by law, the administration is not liable for indirect loss or decisions based on platform materials.
10. Access restrictions
The administration may hide content, limit a feature, or suspend an account following a breach, security risk, lawful request, or need to protect participants. Where reasonable and permitted, the user will be told the reason and how to request review.
11. Changes, law, and contact
These Terms are governed by applicable law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. A new version applies from publication unless stated otherwise. Contact the platform administrator with questions.
